This is for you if: you have nutrition-related questions regarding fertility, preconception, pregnancy and beyond and want quick answers without going too much into creating a specific, personalized plan of care. During this 30-minute virtual session we will discuss your: *Health and wellness journey and challenges *Nutrition recommendations and get lifestyle improvement suggestions *Potential health, wellness and nutrition plan *Answers to your questions *...and anything else we can fit into 30 minutes! What is needed from you: To submit new patient's forms and a short nutrition questionnaire (emailed after booking). To show up and have your questions ready! NOTE: AS PER OUR POLICY, IN CASE OF A LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION (LESS THAN 24 HRS IN ADVANCE), YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $75 CANCELLATION FEE. IF RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR A DIFFERENT TIME ON THE SAME DAY, THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE WAIVED, BUT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
