Natalia is a New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Fertility Dietitian, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with a master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences. She is an experienced Registered Dietitian who specializes in infertility and weight management and provides guidance and dietary protocols to improve chances of conception and optimize prenatal and postpartum health.
Natalia has been actively involved in the field of nutrition and dietetics for over ten years. She worked with the participants of Elmhurst Hospital Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program and Cornell University Cooperative Extension Farmers' Market helping others make better informed food choices and develop healthful eating and physical activity habits. She has also worked on many community initiatives, including NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's health projects and CUNY's Food and Obesity initiative.
In the past few years, Natalia had served as the Director of Nutrition Services at multiple New York City healthcare facilities. Currently, Natalia works as a Fertility Dietitian and specializes in male and female infertility, preconception and pregnancy nutrition, and women’s health. She helps patients manage healthy weight goals, while also supporting the treatment of more complex medical conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, diminished ovarian reserve, unexplained infertility, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and celiac disease, among others.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Natalia is a strong believer that “you are what you eat.” Her wellness program utilizes a personalized approach following evidence-based practices. She works with all her patients in a one-on-one environment, creating specialized plans based on individual patient's goals.
Caesar Cantone is a NYS certified Acupuncturist and Physical Therapist. His therapeutic approach successfully integrates both Eastern and Western principles in all his treatments. He creates custom, individualized programs for his patients, and specializes in treating complex conditions through a holistic approach.
